Landscape Laborer

Twin City Outdoor Services is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, hard-working Landscape Laborer. The Landscape Laborer is a key member of our landscape team, responsible for assisting in various landscaping tasks under the direction of the Landscape Foreman. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physical Labor: Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, digging, mulching, weeding, and edging.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload materials, including soil, mulch, plants, and equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare work sites by clearing debris, grading, and leveling the ground.
  • Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
  • Experience: Prior experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for some positions.

Pay $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
